Money and Power Are Carrots Leading Men On

When most men think of success they think of wealth and the admiration of others. They rarely give thought to the Spirit of the Universe that drives them and creates the paths down which they are led. They see money and power and literally are pulled into the world of finance and manmade systems to achieve their goals. It is the fate of the male child who is reared with indoctrinated notions of superiority.

Those men who think otherwise are the ones who ignore so-called success for their inner sense of spirituality and knowledge. They are more likely to dedicate their lives to servitude. The question then is who are they serving? Is it their ego or God?

Money is manmade and a creation for exchange of goods and accumulation of wealth. The financial system is based on an uneven surface and a rocky road that may also lead to disaster. That is more visible now as we enter the last days.

The expectations of society are that men make good in life. That means they must aim for goals that will return them power and status. They are the providers and the one who needs them the most is the Spirit of the Universe, the real God.

Reincarnation is a wakeup call and those with memory of such are least likely to crave the things of the world as their path is set. It links them to the Great Spirit and they seek a different kind of success, that is one that brings them spiritual power and leads them away from worldly things.

The prophecies explain that in the end all people will be back in their bodies at the end of days (Job 5:19-22, Isaiah 26:19). That time has arrived and the promises are fulfilled. The large population shows that all have returned and the outpouring of the Spirit over the children of Israel, that is those who are spiritual, is happening worldwide (Ezekiel 39:29).

Another promise now kept is that God will address a great controversy (Jeremiah 25:31,32) through the appearance of the Mountain of Zion at the end. This is the high towers that all people will flow to and there they will learn the truth. It is the Internet and everything is revealed thereon in its multiplicity of information.

We are now at the end of the day and the earth is undergoing the changes that will bring about one disaster after another. Money and power are the driving forces that have brought it about and there will be no use for either when the Spirit strikes back.

Money and the Death of Planet Earth

If there are future generations after this one, when all seems hopelessly in danger, what might they say to those who are driving the earth to the point of death? We don’t need to see more of the devastation to know what is happening. What will more documentaries like those now showing the danger we are in do for anyone? We know how many species are being destroyed, how over-fishing of the oceans is bringing them to a point of collapse, how polluted the atmosphere.

There is only one thing that is more important in the eyes of most and that is making money. The mindset that by taking just a little more will do no harm, or that it is not the business of individuals that is at fault, nor could it possibly be the result of the super large families of some who have no limits.

As the earth buckles under the pressure and millions flee the conflicts that usually follow such a huge population explosion like we are now experiencing who is it really that is to blame? Surely one would look to a high power, the Creator in fact, who is in charge of all things.

That power for me is the Great Spirit of the Universe whom is expected is in charge of all things and everyone on the planet. This thought comes because of my reincarnation and knowledge that the things man believes in, such as heaven and hell, do not exist. What is reality, however, is that we are in crisis and money and the death of the planet go together.

Norma Holt has memory of her reincarnation and knows that reincarnation is fact and that everyone who has lived is back. They are turning to the Mountain of God which is the Internet for answers.

How To Qualify Leads And Prospects

To make the correct judgement, you need the essential insights, and this is what it means by “qualify”. If you are not selling the product or service to the correct lead, you will end up wasting a lot of money, time, energy and resources. So what you should do to qualify leads and prospects? How will you know whether a prospect is fit for your offer? Will the lead ultimately lead to a sales opportunity?

You should invest your money and time only after qualifying someone. Only then you should start selling the service or product to the prospect.

If you are not quite experienced you will jump at the given opportunity without properly studying the prospect. What happens here is you are trying to selling something on an assumption without the proper background check. It may or may not culminate in sales. Only mindless salespeople will do this kind of marketing and they will end up losing their energy and time chasing wrong leads.

Instead of talking all the time, try to listen to your prospect. Then you will understand whether he/she is a qualified prospect. If you listen to them your chances of selling will be much higher.

Spend time on qualified prospects, and you’ll achieve significantly more costly deals.

Even if you get a qualified lead you must put in a lot of effort to make him/her your customer. You must know all about your valuable prospect or else you will miss an opportunity to sell your product or service to them.

If you end up selling a product to a wrong customer or to people who should not have bought your product, it is not just bad for the customer but bad for you and your company.

To find a quality lead you must know how to evaluate a prospect. For instance, you must know what their drawbacks are. How have they evaluated your solution? What type of an organisation they belong to? These details are essential to personalise your pitch for your prospects.

Know their pain points and also about their organization and personality. If a salesman is not able to close a deal it shows that he did not know all the important details about his prospect and hence he did not properly qualify as lead.

Ask as many questions as possible to your customer and gather the correct information. There are certain qualifying questions which every salesman should be aware of. We list out the most important ones.

Customer profile

A prospect should match your ideal customer profile. How big is the company? What industry are they in? Where are they located?

Needs

You must know your customer’s needs to qualify the prospect. And you should know how to fulfil their requirements and requests. You should have an idea what result they are aspiring for, and how the result is going to impact their company or team.

Decision making process

You should also know how they make decisions and how many people are involved in the decision-making process. Are they impulsive buyers or do they take time to buy products?

For instance, some companies take almost a year to purchase products. But if you have a sales target to achieve in the next four months then they are not your qualified prospects.

Competition

It is said that you should keep your friends close and enemies closer. So you should know about your competitors. You must know whether the lead has worked with any of your competitors and also what are the decisive factors on which they will base their decision on.

If you are informed of these things, you will be able to easily find out whether he/she is a qualified prospect or not.

Appointments – Manage Your Time Better At Home to Be Effective

What would happen to you if your home life was more organized than it is right now? Can work-life balance be achieved? What are the tools at our disposal? Could scheduling appointments and keeping them at home help us save time and prioritize?

What is the challenge we face? I sometimes find that time spent at home can be the busiest time, especially in the times we live in. Imagine someone working from home, home-schooling children, and sometimes even doing a side hustle. Imagine also the full-time home-based entrepreneur. How do they manage to do all they need to do in a day?. We are living in a time when many entrepreneurs and even company employees have adopted work- at – home culture. This comes with its challenges as the lines become blurred between home and work. These blurred lines and constraints on the limited resource called time result in over-worked, under-rested, burnt-out individuals. Whilst good time management has been encouraged and indeed, embraced in the workplace, I believe more needs to be done in changing the mindset for the elusive work-life balance to be achieved.

What are the tools at our disposal? To manage time effectively at home, there are many interventions one can employ including setting goals for the day, prioritizing wisely, setting a time limit for every task, organizing oneself, and instituting the discipline of appointments. Yes, an appointment at home! We can spend time pontificating on the pros and cons of each intervention, however, I believe we need to focus on appointments and see how this can powerfully change the course of one’s day regardless of whether it’s a workday or weekend. Life is busy as it is without any intrusions. The question is how do you handle the one who announces that they are at the gate. These can be friends, neighbors, a salesman of some product you do not even need. I am not promoting regimentation here but rather a culture of filling your day with what’s important. Everything that we succeed at is because we carefully plan and execute it. I am a firm believer that you cannot manage time if you do not manage yourself thus I implore you to incorporate planning and appointments into your repertoire. I am not talking about something I do not do. I have to achieve many things in a day therefore I set appointments with my work, others, and myself.

Could scheduling appointments and keeping them on the home front help us save time and prioritize? Whereas we have established that it is a normal business practice to set appointments and keep them, we need to abandon the liberal open-door policy of allowing all and sundry to have access to us as and when they please on the home front. Please understand where I am coming from. We each have greatness within us but for us to achieve it we need to culture great habits. Employing the use of appointments at home and seeing only those people you had agreed to see removes non-essential encounters especially during the most productive hours. I know this will vary with culture, geographical region, or even level of affluence, whether you live in a low density or high-density residential area, but doesn’t negate the need to be organized and effective. Controlling access determines how organized you are and how well you will work and rest when the time for scheduled rest comes.

What do we need to do differently? We need to be disciplined and diligent, learn to say no, now is not a good time, let’s make an appointment for next week. What are the benefits of this approach? You are not always fire-fighting to meet deadlines, You are not always tired because you have not taken time out to rest. You have set aside enough time to spend with your loved ones or a loved one. If you are a busy person, I am sure you appreciate what I am saying. Whether it’s time to work uninterrupted, family time, or “me-time”, it takes some kind of order to enjoy it.

I am not saying that those that come unannounced are bad people. No, not at all, they probably are people you enjoy spending time with. Nevertheless, there must be prior communication so that you can attend to your visitor(s) when it is convenient for both you and them. It can be quite disrupting and a whole day can just pass by without achieving anything that you had planned to do.

As we grow older we begin to appreciate that rest and recovery need to be scheduled. The fact that I am relaxing doesn’t mean that I don’t have anything to do. One therefore cannot assume that just because you are at home you are available. Maybe you have scheduled that time to rest. That is important. You need to make an appointment with yourself, spouses need to also set aside time for each other. Parents need to schedule a time to spend with their children. When you have some sort of order in your life you determine who sees you and who you see. It also means that your relationships will be healthy and that makes you a happier person.

In conclusion, I believe that the work-life balance can be achieved. There are many tools at our disposal just like it is in the workplace.I believe we could do more and be happier if we are disciplined enough to make only the commitments we can keep.I am certain that setting appointments and keeping them at home help us save time and prioritize.
